Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, with exception to our T-Shirts & Hoodies Collection for which order will be processed in 2 business days. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. 
3. Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
4. We currently are only shipping to the United States with FREE SHIPPING and unable to offer shipping services to other countries for now. 

5. Estimated days of delivery:

   • T-Shirts & Hoodies / Tank Tops – 7 to 12 business days
   • Express Items – 7 to12 business days.
   • For other products - 2 to 4 weeks (same has been mentioned in the product description in the product pages) 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contactus@inner-monk.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
